A new community platform, FACTS^SPACE, provides a unique online professional community for FACTS clients. Through this online community, FACTS users from across the country can find their new “crew,” connecting with “crew members” just like them. There are many ways for users to connect, with dedicated groups organized by job title, type of school, FACTS product used, school location, and more. Users can answer each other’s questions and get advice, learning how other crew members are tackling challenges and working most efficiently in their schools. FACTS team members are active in the space too, providing a great opportunity to connect with the schools they serve.
